About the Role

Our company is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to drive growth within the audio-visual (AV) industry. This hybrid role is based in downtown Seattle, WA, and serves as a critical bridge between our showroom presence and the broader market. You will be the face of our brand, educating customers on display technology across showrooms, offices, and job sites while identifying and developing new business opportunities.

In this position, you will not only manage the showroom to ensure it is presentable, stocked, and up to date with the latest AV technology, but also collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute innovative campaigns and sales strategies. Your day-to-day will involve a dynamic mix of lead generation, networking, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to grow accounts through excellent service and new product offerings.

Hiring Process

Candidates selected for this role will move through our standard evaluation process, which includes an initial screening to assess fit, followed by interviews with the hiring team to discuss experience and strategic thinking. Final candidates will meet with leadership to align on goals and culture before an offer is extended.
