You will serve as the first point of contact, effectively communicating with prospective customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide information about our RV products and services.
You will collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure total department symbiosis and a seamless journey from initial contact to sale. Additionally, you will help proactively manage our online reputation through review sites and social media outlets to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
