The Sleep Expert role elevates the customer's in-store experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority. You will offer best-in-class products and execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel experience. The goal is to create a compelling and engaging environment that puts the customer at the center, cultivating strong relationships while providing technical and product knowledge.
