About the Role

As a Sleep Expert, you will elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. This role goes beyond a typical retail position; you will execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel experience. Your goal is to create a compelling, engaging environment that puts the customer at the center of every interaction.

You will cultivate strong relationships with customers, providing technical and product knowledge to serve as a subject matter expert. The role involves driving individual sales performance while maintaining customer relationships during and after the purchase process. Additionally, you will leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and stay informed on competitor activities.

Note: This position is bilingual preferred (Spanish) and may provide support to stores in Easton, PA, Flemington, NJ, Bridgewater, NJ, and Somerville, NJ as needed.
