The Sales Center Manager serves as the operational heartbeat of one of our established branches. In this pivotal role, you will lead the daily operations of all facets of the Sales Center, ensuring the seamless integration of sales, inventory, and customer service. You will represent Baker as a leader in the industry, managing a diverse workforce that includes warehouse, shipping, delivery, fleet, showroom, warranty, and sales personnel.
Your day will be defined by strategic oversight and hands-on leadership. You will be responsible for the Center's P&L, monitoring inventory stock levels to ensure proper turns and minimize loss, and managing the merchandising of the sales showroom. Beyond the numbers, you will foster a culture of safety and professionalism, ensuring all team members adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace. You will also stay ahead of the curve by keeping abreast of technical developments and competitive threats, collaborating with Regional Management to implement effective responses.
