About the Role
As a Car Sales Person, you are the face of our dealership, dedicated to helping customers find the perfect new or used vehicle while meeting our standards for gross profit, sales volume, and customer satisfaction. This role is designed for individuals who thrive on building relationships and guiding clients through the exciting journey of vehicle ownership.
Your day begins by welcoming every customer who enters the showroom or sales lot with a warm greeting and genuine offer of assistance. You will listen carefully to understand their needs, asking the right questions to recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle. Once a match is found, you will facilitate test drives, ensuring all safety and identification protocols are followed, and provide a comprehensive explanation of the vehicle's performance, features, and benefits.
Beyond the initial sale, your commitment extends to the entire customer experience. You will prepare vehicles for delivery, ensuring customers fully understand the operating features, warranty details, and necessary paperwork. You will also introduce customers to our service department to highlight the quality of maintenance and repair services available, fostering long-term loyalty. By maintaining a robust follow-up system, you will encourage repeat business and referrals, ensuring every expectation is met from the first greeting to the final delivery.
