About the Role
Located in Dalton, Georgia, this Sales Associate position is designed to support the Store Leadership Team in achieving company goals. The role serves as the frontline ambassador for the brand, modeling excellent customer service through effective communication, deep product knowledge, and appropriate selling techniques.
In this position, you will be the first point of contact for shoppers, prioritizing customer interaction above all other tasks. Your day will involve greeting customers, communicating the value of merchandise, and offering solutions for out-of-stock items. You will also manage the cashwrap experience, educating customers on the benefits of the PLACE Card while ensuring fast and accurate service.
Beyond customer-facing duties, you will maintain the store's visual standards by managing merchandise presentation, replenishment, and sizing. This includes keeping the sales floor and backroom neat, clean, and organized while adhering to safety requirements. You will also play a key role in asset protection by following Loss Prevention procedures and promptly reporting any facility needs to leadership.
