About the Role

The Sales Associate is the face of Guest Services, responsible for maintaining company standards while supporting the Store Management Team. This role is vital for driving sales and ensuring a positive shopping experience through active merchandising, housekeeping, and loss prevention efforts.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing POS operations, signing and pricing merchandise, and adhering to all company policies and procedures. The position requires physical stamina, including standing or walking for 8 hours, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
