About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will support the store leadership team by cultivating a store environment that caters to an unmatched customer experience. You are the face of the brand on the sales floor, providing exceptional service in all aspects of the shop, from greeting customers and selling to managing the cash wrap and restocking.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality product services. You will handle details such as branding, debossing, boot stretching, brim shaping, and boot shines to ensure every customer leaves with a premium experience. Beyond the sales floor, you will play a key role in logistics by receiving shipments, preparing product for floor placement, and maintaining an efficient, well-organized stockroom.
