As a Sales Associate, you will be the first face of the brand for growing families. You'll congratulate new parents and grandparents, introduce them to our new baby essentials, help them prep for their first day of school, and support them through all the big and little moments of their parenting journey. - check_circleComplete floor replenishment and shipment tasks as needed
- check_circleArticulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers
- check_circleMinimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store
- check_circleConfidently and proactively resolve customer issues while managing multiple customers in a busy retail environment
