About the Role
As a BoxLunch Sales Associate, you will be a huge part of our success by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring fellow fans can get their hands on the merchandise they love. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock and replenish products, and help merchandise the store in a visually appealing way, all while being hyper-focused on the in-store experience.
Your day will involve covering the sales floor zone to ensure assigned areas meet visual standards, working the register to process sales transactions, and driving add-on sales using benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup. You'll also communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners, assist with planogram changes, and help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy. Above all, you'll work as a team to maintain the "mother ship" and ensure a safe environment for everyone.
