About the Role
The Sales Associate is the face of Guest Services, responsible for maintaining company standards while supporting the Store Management Team. This role is central to the daily operations of the store, focusing on generating sales and ensuring a positive customer experience.
The position involves a dynamic mix of tasks including merchandising, signing, pricing, and POS operations. Associates also play a key role in housekeeping and loss prevention, adhering strictly to all company policies and procedures. The physical nature of the job requires the ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand or walk for 8-hour shifts.
