About the Role
The Sales Associate at Spencer's is dedicated to maintaining exceptional Guest Services in line with Company Standards. This role serves as a vital support pillar for the Store Management Team, driving sales while ensuring the store environment remains inviting and organized.
Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting housekeeping, managing merchandising and signage, handling pricing, operating the Point of Sale (POS) system, and executing loss prevention strategies. All duties are performed in strict adherence to Company policies and procedures.
Physical Requirements
This position involves active engagement throughout the shift. The role requires the ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand or walk for approximately 8 hours.
Hiring & Eligibility
Candidates must be at least 17 years of age to apply. Compensation is an hourly rate ranging from $10.75 to $11.00, dependent on qualifications and experience.
