The Sales Associate is the face of Guest Services, responsible for maintaining company standards while supporting the Store Management Team. This role is central to the daily operations of the store, focusing on generating sales and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting housekeeping, managing merchandising, signing and pricing items, operating the POS system, and adhering to loss prevention protocols. The position requires active engagement with the store environment, including climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds, with a typical shift involving 8 hours of standing and walking.
Candidates must be at least 17 years of age. The hourly rate for this position ranges from $10.75 to $11.00 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience.
