About the Role
As a Hot Topic Sales Associate, you will be a huge part of our success by providing exceptional customer service and fostering a hyper-focused in-store experience. You will act as a bridge between the brand and the community, sharing your fandom knowledge to help customers discover new favorites. Your day will involve stocking and replenishing products, merchandising the store in a visually appealing way, and ensuring every zone meets our high visual standards.
You will be the voice of the store, communicating fashion and music trend information to management and HQ partners. Whether you are working the register to drive add-on sales, assisting with planogram changes, or keeping the stock room organized, you will be working as a team to keep the "mother ship" running smoothly. We welcome wizards and fans of all kinds, but we also rely on your vigilance to ensure the integrity of our store and merchandise.
