About the Role
We are seeking career-minded, service-driven Sales Agents to join our team. This role is designed for talented professionals who possess ambition, initiative, and a winning attitude. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for sourcing and developing leads, prospecting, and networking to build a profitable business. Your success will depend on your competitive drive to meet and exceed monthly goals, your ability to communicate effectively, and your commitment to providing excellent customer service that maintains member retention.
Hiring Process
Candidates must successfully complete a background check, credit check, and drug screen as part of the application process. Selected candidates will undergo paid training to prepare for the role.
