Uline is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to build its growing market in Kansas City, Missouri. In this role, you will act as the "CEO" of your territory, identifying growth opportunities and helping businesses from every industry discover quality products with speed and service. You will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts while prospecting for new business, creating effective solutions using Uline's extensive catalog of over 43,000 high-quality products.
Your day-to-day rhythm involves spending Mondays on planning and scheduling, followed by Tuesday through Friday dedicated to on-site visits with customers to build relationships. You will join the Omaha, NE sales team for weekly trips to the office to participate in comradery, training, and department meetings.
Candidates will receive 4 weeks of Uline-specific sales training followed by a 12-week mentorship program to ensure continuous career development. All new hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening, as Uline is a drug-free workplace.
