Sales Account Manager

About the Role

This position is designed to drive sales growth and ensure product excellence within the assigned territory. You will be the face of the brand at retail locations, responsible for achieving monthly business objectives while actively acquiring new business and nurturing established distribution channels. The role exists to secure trade support, optimize product visibility, and maintain the highest standards of quality and freshness for our products.

Your day-to-day involves planning and conducting regular sales visits to accounts, where you will execute sales plans and promotions with precision. You will communicate pricing and promotional details to retailers, coordinate the use of product displays and point-of-sale materials, and manage promotional events. A key part of your mission is maintaining accurate inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues, while monitoring product placement and rotation in both selling and storage areas to maximize shelf impact and ensure product freshness.

Physical Requirements & Logistics

This role requires active engagement with the product and the road. You must be able to lift products ranging from 25 to 50 lbs. on a regular basis, and up to 175 lbs. when handling keg products. Reliable automobile transportation is essential; you must maintain an acceptable driving record, a valid driver's license, and appropriate auto insurance coverage to meet company and state law requirements.
