We are seeking a Board Certified OBGYN Laborist to join a growing practice at Baptist Health Lexington. This role is designed for an experienced OB provider who thrives in a shift-based, inpatient environment. You will provide 24/7 on-site coverage for the labor hall and OB triage, focusing exclusively on OB cases with no GYN or ambulatory responsibilities.
The position offers a unique work-life balance with fewer shifts per month compared to ambulatory practices, featuring shift handoffs to OB Hospitalist partners. You will work within a supportive team of three full-time Laborists, backed by excellent support staff, managing a high-volume floor with 17 beds and 4 operating rooms. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience and the flexibility to cover day, night, and weekend shifts.
