Source One is a WBENC (woman-owned) certified staffing services company providing professionals across the Pharmaceutical, Defense, Technology, and Transportation sectors. We are currently supporting an established AI and autonomous vehicle (AV) company in Dallas, TX, as they drive growth and expand their operations to new locations.
About the Role
We are seeking attentive and detail-oriented Safety Drivers to join the client's team at the forefront of autonomous vehicle testing. In this role, you will contribute to the advancement of cutting-edge technology while ensuring the highest safety standards. This position is ideal for those with excellent driving skills, a passion for innovation, and the ability to act swiftly and safely in potentially adverse driving situations.
As a Safety Driver, you will operate autonomous vehicles to collect critical data on system performance and environmental factors. You will interact professionally with riders, engineers, and operations leaders to provide feedback, monitor vehicle performance during in-field testing, and prepare vehicles daily for operations. Success in this role requires being alert, distraction-free, and prepared to anticipate the actions of other drivers, pedestrians, and unexpected events.
Hiring Process
