About the Role
As a Rover pet sitter or dog walker, you provide essential care services to pets in your community. This role allows you to operate independently as a pet care provider, and when you are ready, a business owner. You manage your own schedules, set your own service rates, and build relationships with pet owners through the Rover platform.
Day in the Life
Your day involves providing comprehensive care for pets, which may include dog walking, drop-in visits, feeding pets, refilling water, cleaning litter boxes, and food, cleaning litter boxes, and picking up waste. A key part of the role is providing companionship and peace of mind to pet owners. You will communicate directly with clients by sending updates and photos throughout the service period.
