This position serves as a critical link between our routing operations and our customers. You will be responsible for producing and maintaining master records of all routes, ensuring operating copies are distributed daily. The role requires a deep understanding of the routing program, including manuals, updates, and maps, to create cost-efficient and timely schedules that meet strict deadlines.
You will coordinate closely with Dispatch to establish route standards for time and mileage while maintaining a professional work environment. A key part of this role involves providing excellent customer service to parents, employees, and internal stakeholders, often in fast-paced or stressful situations. You will also document routing issues daily and report them to the General Manager weekly.
