As a Route Trainee (RT), you will take the first step toward a rewarding career in service and customer care. This dynamic, field-based role is designed for individuals eager to grow and ready to build a strong foundation in a customer-focused environment. You will receive hands-on training through our robust Service Certificate Program (SCP), preparing you to transition into a full-time Route Service Representative (RSR) role.
Your day will be a blend of learning and doing. You will support daily operations by loading and unloading route trucks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency before every shift. You will transport clean garments and products to customers, return soiled items, and step in to manage established routes when RSRs are absent. This is a physically active position that requires you to operate a company walk-in truck, prioritize safety, and reinforce strong customer relationships. The role offers a predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends, ensuring a healthy work-life balance while you gain the experience needed for a commissioned RSR position.
