About the Role

As a Route Trainee (RT), you will take the first step toward a rewarding career in service and customer care. This dynamic, field-based role is designed for individuals eager to grow and build a strong foundation in a customer-focused environment. You will receive hands-on training through our robust Service Certificate Program (SCP), preparing you to transition into a full-time Route Service Representative (RSR) role.

Your day will be a blend of learning and doing. You will support daily operations by loading and unloading route trucks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from the start. You will transport clean garments and products to customers, return soiled items, and step in to manage established routes when RSRs are absent. This is a physically active position that requires energy and attention to detail, offering a predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends.
