About the Role

As a Route Trainee (RT), you will take the first step toward a rewarding career in service and customer care. This dynamic, field-based role is designed for individuals eager to grow and build a strong foundation in a customer-focused environment. You will receive hands-on training through our robust Service Certificate Program (SCP), preparing you to transition into a full-time Route Service Representative (RSR) role.

Your day will be a blend of learning and doing. You will support daily operations by loading and unloading route trucks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from the start of the day. You will transport clean garments and products to customers and return soiled items, providing dependable service with every stop. When needed, you will step in to manage established routes during RSR absences, upholding UniFirst's high standards of professionalism. This is a physically active role that requires energy and attention to detail, offering a predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends.
