As a Route Trainee, you will take the first step toward a rewarding career in service and customer care. This dynamic, field-based role is designed for individuals eager to grow and build a strong foundation in a customer-focused environment. You will receive hands-on training through our robust Service Certificate Program (SCP) while supporting daily operations, preparing to transition into a full-time Route Service Representative role.
Your day will be a blend of learning and doing. You will assist with deliveries, service, and route coverage, learning multiple customer accounts along the way. Whether you are training, riding along, or covering a route, no two days look the same. You will represent UniFirst on the road, operating a company walk-in truck to deliver clean garments and return soiled items, prioritizing safety and reinforcing strong customer relationships at every stop.
