As a Route Trainee, you will take the first step toward a rewarding career in service and customer care. This dynamic, field-based role is designed for individuals eager to grow and build a strong foundation in a customer-focused environment. You will receive hands-on training through our robust Service Certificate Program (SCP) while supporting daily operations. Your day will involve assisting with deliveries, managing route coverage, and learning multiple customer accounts, all while preparing to transition into a full-time Route Service Representative role.
This position offers a unique opportunity to make a direct impact by supporting customers face-to-face. Whether you are training, riding along, or covering a route, no two days look the same. You will operate a company walk-in truck, ensuring clean garments are delivered and soiled items are returned with reliability and professionalism. The role is physically active, requiring energy and attention to detail in both indoor and outdoor environments, yet it offers a predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends.
