About the Role
As a Route Trainee (RT), you are taking the first step toward a rewarding career in service and customer care. This dynamic, field-based role is designed for individuals eager to grow and build a strong foundation in a customer-focused environment. You will receive hands-on training through our robust Service Certificate Program (SCP) while supporting daily operations. Your journey involves assisting with deliveries, managing route coverage, and learning multiple customer accounts, all while preparing to transition into a full-time Route Service Representative (RSR) role.
Every day in this position is different. Whether you are training, riding along with a mentor, or covering a route, you will be out in the field supporting customers face-to-face. The role offers a predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends, providing a stable work-life balance while you develop the skills necessary for a commissioned career path.
