About the Role

As a Route Trainee (RT), you will take the first step toward a rewarding career in service and customer care. This dynamic, field-based role is designed for individuals eager to grow and build a strong foundation in a customer-focused environment. You will receive hands-on training through our robust Service Certificate Program (SCP) while supporting daily operations, preparing to transition into a full-time Route Service Representative (RSR) role.

Your day will be a blend of learning and doing. You will assist with deliveries, service, and route coverage while learning multiple customer accounts. Operating a company walk-in truck, you will transport clean garments and products to customers and return soiled items, ensuring dependable and timely service with every stop. Whether you are training, riding along, or covering a route, no two days look the same. This position offers a predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends, allowing you to make a direct, face-to-face impact on our customers.
