This route-based, service-oriented position supports Customer Advocates in establishing, maintaining, and building strong customer relationships through responsive and creative sales and service strategies. The role is designed to positively impact the lives of associates, customers, and the community by promoting the company's values and the "ImageFIRST way."
Day-to-day, you will manage customer inventory, handle product knowledge regarding pricing, codes, colors, and sizing, and ensure accuracy in paperwork such as work orders and invoices. You will also be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, organizing vehicle inventory, and providing route relief to cover vacations or call-offs. Flexibility is key, as the role may require lead generation, special deliveries, and additional route support as needed.
