This route-based, service-oriented position is designed to support Customer Advocates in establishing, maintaining, and building strong customer relationships. The role focuses on delivering responsive and creative sales and service strategies to ensure client success.
You will act as a brand ambassador, promoting ImageFIRST values and the "ImageFIRST way" to positively impact associates, customers, and the community. The position involves managing customer inventory, handling paperwork such as work orders and invoices, and ensuring product knowledge regarding pricing, codes, and availability. Flexibility is key, as you will provide route relief to cover vacations and call-offs, handle reroutes, and make special deliveries as needed.
