Route Sales Representatives are critical to FritoLay's success, serving as the face of the brand at local stores ranging from gas stations and dollar stores to large grocery chains. In this role, you will drive a FritoLay truck to deliver, sell, and merchandise the complete line of products, including Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, and Fritos. You will work independently to unload orders, partner with store managers to increase sales, and maintain daily records.
Although you will start as a Route Sales Representative, FritoLay is investing in your growth, with this role serving as a gateway to career opportunities within FritoLay or its parent company, PepsiCo. The position offers a fun, fast-paced, and physical environment where you will learn the basics of the role through four to six weeks of dedicated training. You will run routes, experience different store environments, meet new customers, and grow sales by building relationships and completing national initiatives.
Please note that this role operates 24 hours a day, meaning you may not have a typical schedule. Team members often work weekends and holidays. The job is physical in nature, requiring you to be on your feet for the entirety of your shift and frequently lift 40 lbs.
Our application process is designed to be efficient, taking approximately 20-25 minutes to complete on any device. Our mission is to get you in for an interview rather than creating unnecessary hurdles. Once you apply, simply keep an eye on your email, and the team will handle the next steps.
