About the Role

The Route Relief Utility Driver is a vital support role within our Service Departments, designed to meet customer needs through up-selling, cross-selling, and delivering excellent service. Reporting directly to the District Manager, you will act as a reliable relief driver, collaborating with service, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless operations.

In this position, you will be the face of Alsco on the road. Your day involves safely delivering products and picking up soiled linens on assigned routes while building loyalty through outstanding customer service. You will communicate directly with decision-makers to proactively resolve service concerns, maintain accurate route books and customer files, and handle payments and change orders with precision. Beyond logistics, you will monitor accounts for feedback and competitive activity, referring leads to the Sales team and promoting our products to strengthen customer relationships.
