About the Role
As a Route Manager, you will oversee our daily armored transportation operations, playing a critical part in safeguarding our assets. This role is designed for a professional with a strong background in security procedures, logistical coordination, and team leadership. You will be responsible for developing and managing efficient routes for armored vehicles while ensuring strict adherence to all security protocols. Your day-to-day will involve coordinating with security personnel to optimize strategies, managing and training armored vehicle crews, and conducting regular vehicle and equipment inspections. Additionally, you will be the point of contact for responding effectively to emergencies and unexpected route changes, while preparing detailed route analytics and performance metrics for senior management.
