About the Role

At UniFirst, we "Always Deliver" for our customers and our people. As a Route Helper, you will play a key role in supporting our Service Department by working alongside Route Service Representatives (RSRs). This position is designed for those who thrive in a dynamic, hands-on environment where every day brings new challenges.

Your day will involve assisting with the loading and unloading of vehicles, inspecting garments, and ensuring accurate inventory counts. You will transport clean garments to customers and pick up soiled items, maintaining a professional presence at every stop. When needed, you will drive a company vehicle to cover assigned routes, building relationships with customers and ensuring exceptional service. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys active work, values teamwork, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
