About the Role
As a Route Coverage Specialist, you are a key service professional integral to the success of our operations. This dynamic, fast-paced opportunity is designed for someone proactive, agile, and who enjoys variety. In this role, you will provide exceptional service by stepping in to cover delivery routes when Route Service Representatives (RSRs) are unavailable.
You will develop proficiency across multiple routes, learning customer-specific details to ensure our valued customers experience seamless service every time. Every day brings new routes and new experiences, ensuring no two days are alike. While you will work independently to navigate different routes, weather conditions, and schedules, you will remain part of a supportive team that values service excellence. You will collaborate with Service, Production, Sales, and Office Departments to support new account installations, assist RSRs, contribute to rerouting efforts, and strengthen customer relationships through upselling opportunities.
