At UniFirst, we Always Deliver—for our customers and our people. As an international leader in the $18 billion garment services industry, we employ over 16,000 team partners serving 300,000 business locations across the U.S., Canada, and Europe. The Route Coverage Specialist is a key service professional integral to the success of our operations. This dynamic, fast-paced role is designed for someone proactive, agile, and who enjoys variety. You will provide exceptional service by stepping in to cover delivery routes when Route Service Representatives (RSRs) are unavailable. With training on multiple routes, you ensure our valued customers experience seamless service every time, regardless of the day's specific challenges.
Every day brings new routes and new experiences, ensuring no two days are alike. You will work independently while being part of a supportive team that values service excellence. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment, navigating different routes, weather conditions, and schedules with agility. You will collaborate with Service, Production, Sales, and Office Departments to support new account installations, assist RSRs, and contribute to rerouting efforts.
We are looking for individuals ready to take on a dynamic, customer-focused role with plenty of room for growth. If you are eager to join a company that values a variety of backgrounds and perspectives, we'd love to hear from you.
