As a Route Coverage Specialist, you are a key service professional integral to the success of our operations. This dynamic, fast-paced role is designed for proactive, agile individuals who enjoy variety. Your primary mission is to provide exceptional service by stepping in to cover delivery routes when Route Service Representatives (RSRs) are unavailable.
You will develop proficiency across multiple routes, learning customer-specific details to ensure seamless service every time. Every day brings new experiences, requiring you to navigate different routes, weather conditions, and schedules. While you will work independently to deliver garments and products, you will also collaborate closely with Service, Production, Sales, and Office teams to support new account installations, assist with rerouting efforts, and strengthen customer relationships.
