About the Role
As a Route Coverage Specialist, you are a key service professional integral to the success of our operations. This dynamic, fast-paced opportunity is designed for someone proactive, agile, and who enjoys variety. Your primary mission is to provide exceptional service by stepping in to cover delivery routes when Route Service Representatives (RSRs) are unavailable.
In this role, you will ensure our valued customers experience seamless service every time. You will develop proficiency across multiple routes, learning customer-specific details to deliver top-tier service. Every day brings new routes and new experiences, ensuring no two days are alike. While you will work independently to navigate different routes, weather conditions, and schedules, you will remain part of a supportive team that values service excellence and adaptability.
