About the Role
The Route Coverage Specialist is a key service professional integral to the success of our operations. In this dynamic, fast-paced role, you will provide exceptional service by stepping in to cover delivery routes when Route Service Representatives (RSRs) are unavailable. With training on multiple routes, you ensure our valued customers experience seamless service every time.
This position is perfect for someone proactive, agile, and who enjoys variety. Every day brings new routes and new experiences, ensuring no two days are alike. You will work independently while being part of a supportive team that values service excellence. From resolving customer requests to collaborating with Service and Management Teams on new account installations and collections, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong customer relationships and operational excellence.
