About the Role

As a Route Coverage Specialist, you are a key service professional integral to the success of our operations. This dynamic, fast-paced role is designed for proactive, agile individuals who enjoy variety. Your primary mission is to provide exceptional service by stepping in to cover delivery routes when Route Service Representatives (RSRs) are unavailable.

In this position, you will ensure our valued customers experience seamless service every time. You will develop proficiency across multiple routes, learning customer-specific details to deliver top-tier service. Your day will involve safely transporting clean garments and products, collecting used items, and resolving customer requests independently. While you will work with a degree of autonomy, you will also collaborate closely with Service, Production, Sales, and Office teams to support new account installations, assist with rerouting efforts, and strengthen customer relationships.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are alike. You will navigate different routes, weather conditions, and schedules, ensuring that customer satisfaction remains the priority even as you adapt to changing needs.
