At UniFirst, we Always Deliver—for our customers and our people. As an international leader in the $18 billion garment services industry, we employ over 16,000 team partners serving 300,000 business locations across the U.S., Canada, and Europe. Recognized on Forbes' "Platinum 400" and Selling Power's "Best Companies to Sell For," we pride ourselves on a supportive, diverse environment where team members find opportunities for advancement.
Join us as a Route Coverage Specialist, a key service professional integral to the success of our operations. This dynamic, fast-paced role is designed for someone proactive, agile, and who enjoys variety. You will provide exceptional service by stepping in to cover delivery routes when Route Service Representatives (RSRs) are unavailable. With training on multiple routes, you'll ensure our valued customers experience seamless service every time, regardless of the weather or schedule changes.
Every day brings new routes and new experiences, ensuring no two days are alike. While you will work independently to navigate different conditions and customer needs, you remain part of a supportive team that values service excellence. You will collaborate with Service, Production, Sales, and Office Departments to support new account installations, assist RSRs, and contribute to collections. This role offers the autonomy to solve customer requests independently while sharing feedback with leadership to strengthen relationships and stay informed about local market activity.
We are looking for individuals ready to take on a dynamic, customer-focused role with plenty of room for growth. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a culture that values a variety of backgrounds and perspectives, we'd love to hear from you.
