About the Role
As a Room Attendant, you are the face of our housekeeping department and a key contributor to the guest experience. This role exists to ensure every guest room meets our established standards of cleanliness and comfort, creating a welcoming sanctuary for our travelers. Your day will involve more than just cleaning; it is about interacting with guests warmly, maintaining the integrity of our facilities, and working collaboratively to drive guest satisfaction scores.

- check_circleEnsure overall guest satisfaction and work to increase satisfaction scores
- check_circleClean and polish furniture, fixtures, walls, and equipment
- check_circleSweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum guest rooms within allotted time frames
Requirements
