As a Housekeeping Team Member at Marriott Vacations Worldwide, you are the guardian of the guest experience, ensuring every room reflects the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. Your work directly supports the "Aloha Spirit," creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for from the moment they arrive.
In this role, you will be responsible for the meticulous cleaning and sanitization of assigned rooms, bathrooms, and kitchens. Your day involves more than just tidying; you will anticipate guest needs, maintain smooth transfers of clean rooms with appropriate amenities, and ensure all spaces meet the rigorous standards set by the Executive Housekeeper. You will be the eyes and ears on the floor, reporting irregularities, lost and found items, and any security concerns to management to maintain guest confidence and privacy.
We operate in a fast-paced hospitality environment that functions seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Success in this role requires a team member who projects a hospitable service atmosphere at all times. You will work closely with the Executive Housekeeper, Housekeeping Supervisors, and Inspectors to uphold our reputation for excellence.
All team members are expected to maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance, reflecting the professional standards of our brand. We value adaptability and the ability to work effectively under deadline pressure while communicating clearly with management and guests.
