This position serves as a vital link in the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring a diverse workforce runs smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of guestroom cleanliness. The role is designed to create exceptional guest experiences by overseeing the quality of our rooms and fostering a supportive, high-performing team environment.
You will act as a mentor and leader, providing counseling and support to team members to help them meet their responsibilities and integrate fully into the team culture. Your day involves inspecting guest rooms to verify cleaning standards, expediting special requests from the Front Desk, and attending management meetings to align on operational goals. A key part of your mission is to motivate employees to deliver superior customer service, ensuring that every interaction reflects Horseshoe's Spotlight 5 behaviors: initiating friendly greetings, maintaining a positive attitude, checking for satisfaction, and providing warm farewells.

Requirements
