As a Roofing Service Technician based in Wilmington, Delaware, you will be the face of our company during service calls, completing requests initiated by customers and ensuring their satisfaction. This role is designed for those who want to do more than just perform repairs; you will act as a trusted advisor, assessing situations, proposing appropriate sales and upsell opportunities, and guiding customers through the resolution process. You will work on smaller or less complex projects, managing the entire lifecycle of the service call from initial assessment to final payment and work order closure. Your day-to-day involves interacting directly with customers to determine courses of action, securing necessary materials, and providing feedback to our Sales, Marketing, and Production departments to help the company grow.
