About the Role
As a Roofing Service Technician based in North Wales, Pennsylvania, you will be the face of our company at the customer's door. This role goes beyond simple repairs; you are a trusted advisor who completes service requests initiated by customers, assesses their needs, and proposes appropriate solutions. You will bridge the gap between technical expertise and customer satisfaction, ensuring every visit resolves the issue while upholding our high standards of workmanship.
Your day involves responding to service requests, inspecting sites to determine the course of action, and gaining customer agreement on the proposed work. You will handle repairs directly for projects estimated at $2,000 or less, while collaborating with estimators for larger scopes. Beyond the technical work, you play a vital role in our growth by identifying revenue opportunities and providing feedback to our Sales, Marketing, and Production departments. You will ensure that every customer feels appreciated and confident in their choice of G. Fedale.
