The Opportunity

As a Project Manager, you are the face of the company to our customers. You will own the full sales and project lifecycle—from generating leads and conducting inspections to closing deals, managing projects, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. This is a relationship-driven role where your income is directly tied to your effort, your results, and the relationships you build in the community.

What Success Looks Like

In your first 90 days, you will complete our comprehensive training program and close your first independent sale. You will establish a consistent daily prospecting routine, build an active pipeline, and confidently guide homeowners through the full sales and insurance claims process. As your commission earnings grow, they will offset and ultimately replace the guaranteed draw, giving you a strong income floor while you work toward uncapped earning potential.
