About the Role
As a Laborer, you will be the backbone of our roofing teams, assisting Roofers and Foremen in preparing job sites and executing high-quality installations. This role is designed for those eager to learn the trade, offering hands-on experience with a wide variety of materials including metal, shingles, single-ply systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM), slate, asphalt, and wood.
Your day will involve operating hand and power tools, cleaning debris, and ensuring the integrity of roof systems by installing vapor barriers, insulation, and sealants. You will work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and safety are paramount, contributing to projects that require precision and physical endurance.
