About the Role
This is a mid-level Robotics Engineer position designed for someone who loves getting their hands dirty. You will serve as a technical leader, working directly with the founder to design, develop, and deploy robotic systems from concept to delivery. Expect to learn rapidly in a fast-paced environment where you will own designs from cradle to grave.
While the work involves long hours and the challenge of troubleshooting when "nothing works," you will be contributing to a multi-million dollar product in a supportive room full of people who appreciate your craft. You will be responsible for the technical success of your designs, handling everything from initial concept and GD&T drawings to rapid prototyping, supplier interface, and final assembly.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a curious problem-solver who enjoys improving processes and machine capabilities. The ideal candidate is comfortable with the cannabis industry and has experience working with 6DOF arms or similar robotic systems. You should be ready to take initiative across various roles the company needs to succeed.

Requirements
